At nineteen, I wrote down a dream for a peaceful world and a refusal to remain complacent in its absence. I have never walked that back: I absolutely will have that world. Everything since — my values, my uniform, my philosophy, my classroom, my research, and my company — has been my march to make that vow real. My path depends on cultivating a culture where everyone brings their “my” into a shared “we.”
